Questions owners ask

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free for up to 5 staff at one venue, with no card needed and no time limit.
Do my staff need to download the app?
No. The iOS and Android app is free and handy for swaps, but staff can also open their schedule from a text or email link in any browser.
Can I export hours to payroll?
Yes. Approved timesheets export in one click as a file that Xero, Sage, BrightPay and most payroll software accept.
What about contracts and holidays?
Set each person's contracted hours and Shiftly warns you when the schedule goes over or under. Holiday requests come through the app, and approved leave blocks those days.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in, and you can export your schedules and timesheets first.
